Dr. Ben Sorensen will lead an interactive session to develop and support HHRABC members by equipping them with insights, skills and strategies to elevate their impact in advancing team talent to achieve high performance. In this session, participants will gain an improved understanding of performance evaluation and feedback delivery techniques while learning research-based strategies for effective communication.
